RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SEENFITT, every release is produced in limited quantities and designed as a complete chapter. To maintain fairness and availability across each drop, we keep our return and exchange policy intentionally considered and clear.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
Because each size is produced in limited numbers, exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your requested size is no longer available, we will notify you of the next steps.
Returns
At this time, returns are not generally accepted.
We encourage customers to review sizing information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about fit prior to ordering, our team is always happy to help.
In rare cases where a return is approved at our discretion:
- Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Final Sale Items
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and make it right.

- The item and size you wish to exchange
